Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
